I'm only a recent GOLD member to eFloristsRus, as for the last couple of years I've been trying to find a relay service that suited my needs, not the services needs.
When we were recommended to join the team at eFloristsRus, I rang & signed up immediately. One of my questions to Paul at the time was regarding sending orders.
I have over the last 2 years phoned florists direct which is great when you have time but in the end proves not to be as fantastic as it sounds, the measly amount of money you take from the orders barely covers the time it takes to find a florist & then phone them & you still don't get return orders.
Paul was quick to answer & very excitedly announced about the soon to be released "Sending System". He told me it was going to be easy to use, fast, efficient & reliable & we would receive a commission which is paid straight away. This sounded fantastic as there would be no more searching around for florists & phoning them, so therefore saving time & saving money.
Since the launch of the sending system, I've been sending all my orders through it & as promised it's easy to use, fast, efficient, reliable & your commission gets paid straight away. And the more that other florists use the sending system the more orders you receive. I couldn't be more happier with this system.

here's the breakdown of who receives what from
eFloristsRus.com.au Sending Orders & why ...
| Sending orders attract 26% commission from the receiving florist |
| Sending Florists receive 16% of the 26% commission paid to the sending florist on the day |
eFloristsRus.com.au
receives 10% of the 26%
commission which covers transaction fees,
Internet traffic fees, system maintenance,
catalogue management, phone & follow-ups |
So in summary, the 16% commission the sending florist receives PLUS the 10% commission eFloristsRus.com.au receives all adds up to 26% ... all open & transparent just as we like it |

STEP
1 - Enter your username
& password. You should've
received this information by email on the
official launch day - Tuesday 16th November
2004. In the unlikely event you didn't receive
this info ... don't panic - just call us 1800
009 655 & we'll be happy to help
you out. Once you have this info, it MUST be kept confidential & safe for
logging in.

STEP
2 - Once logged in ... discuss
with your customer the catalogue options available
whilst browsing through the extensive online
catalogue on offer.

Decide
on what the customer wishes to send &
simply follow your nose through the ordering
process. We know our ordering process is very
very simple because hundreds of people
a day from all around the world
use exactly the same ordering system to send
us orders which you've received along the
way.

OR
just use the EXPRESS ORDER system
which enables you to order what your customer
wants by just completing the Special Instructions
in the ordering page OR just leave it to the
florist who'll receive the order to decide
... both great options anyway!!

REMEMBERING
that all orders MUST be paid
for via a credit card as they are 'online
orders'. Preferably the customer 's credit
card .. . but if your customer's paying you
by CASH or CHEQUE
you'll have to utilise your own credit card
to finalise the order. Not really all that
difficult PLUS think of all
the FREQUENT FLYER POINTS you'll
be able to accrue .. WOW ... Hong Kong here

STEP
3 - Getting paid for your sending orders
once completed is simple. Once you’ve
submitted the sending order into the efloristsRus
Sending System, you’ll receive a sending
confirmation email.
Open the email ... then click
Then charge the amount displayed ...
- STEP 4 - Once you’ve
done this your jobs done, PLUS
you've already been paid, all pretty easy isn't
it!

As always & so it should be, our main focus & priority at eFloristsRus.com.au is looking after our current paying members first ... I'm sure everyone would agree with that.
That being the case, all Sending Orders received & processed through efloristsRus.com.au are prioritised & allocated according to GOLD, SILVER & BRONZE membership status.
Simply put ...
- GOLD members will be offered Sending Orders 1st ...
- SILVER members will be offered Sending Orders 2nd, if there's NO GOLD members in the area &
- BRONZE members will be offered Sending Orders 3rd, if there's NO GOLD or SILVER members in the area
In the event that there's no efloristsRus.com.au GOLD, SILVER or BRONZE servicing members in the required delivery area, the orders will be offered to the nearest non-member florist selected at random from our extensive database to the delivery area required.
Remembering everyone
will pay commission on ALL Sending Orders received because the Sending
Florist will be receiving commission
on these orders as well … all very fair
for everyone. Always remembering that EVERYONE
gets paid on the day ... no-one waits till the
midle of next month.
